Valerie is amazing and went above and beyond to try to fix a scheduling problem. She is amazing. However, the scheduling department needs to make sure they have the days the doctor is there correctly before scheduling a surgery. Dr. McKenna made apologies (due to the mistake of the scheduling department) was very kind the day of my surgery. He made sure to explain everything he was doing and made sure I knew after care. He even makes sure you have his number to contact him in case of emergency/questions.
