Awesome place, very attentive team who makes you feel comfortable the entire visit.
When my daughter lacerated her hand and our only alternative was a lengthy visit to the ER, Dr. Willard graciously offered to meet me at the office after hours and was there within 10 minutes to care for her. His compassion, generosity and skills are unmatched and I was so grateful and appreciative that he was able to provide such amazing care to our family. Thank you, Dr. Willard!
I can't begin to express my satisfaction with Dermatology and Mohs Surgery Center. From the front desk, to the medical assistants, and the providers. Each and every one of them is courteous, empathetic and professional. It's a one stop shop for all your dermatology needs. From annual skin checks to cosmetic procedures, they also offer fantastic skin care products. I highly recommend!!
I feel blessed to be an employee and patient of this medical office. I couldn’t ask for more efficient, knowledgeable and kind co-workers and doctors. I’ve had many procedures (medical and cosmetic) and have been very pleased with all of the results. The doctors and staff go out of their way to educate and take the time to address all issues brought forth at the visit. This is the best practice in our area for ANY dermatological concerns!
Called and left message to schedule mohs surgery 3 times, no one ever returned my call.
Good doctors but terrible office staff and awful customer service. Can't get a human on the phone, they don't return calls. Waiting forever to get the results of tests. Patient portal doesn't work.
Great office staff,.courteous, friemdly and very helpful..and Dr Willard is awesome
