I had a procedure done back in June at this dermatology office to remove a small mole from my forearm. Fast forward to November, and I get blindsided by a collections notice claiming I owed a fee because my insurance didn't cover certain charges. I was under the impression everything was covered and above board, but it turns out they tacked on services I never needed or agreed to. I’ve only had one laser tattoo removal treatment so far, but am very satisfied with the care I received and I appreciate the local anesthesia prior to treatment. The laser definitely removed some of the shading already and I feel confident that a few more sessions will do the trick.

I saw PA Amy Ellsworth for a skin tag on my face and a SMALL one on my neck. It didn’t really bother me but I thought while I was there I might as well get it removed. After she did the one on my face, while my eyes were still closed, she went and snipped a chunk out of my neck. She not only took off the small skin tag but two other freckles that I actually really liked. She didn’t tell me she was snipping my skin or give any warning.
