My entire family attends this practice. Dr. Harr (who is retiring) has seen my husband, and myself and my two children see Dr. Beck. We literally never wait more than a minute or two, and we have had wonderful experiences with multiple providers. Any negative experiences are always met with follow-up and rectification (and those are rare). Front desk (appointments, billing) staff are efficient, professional, and kind. Had a great experience here and so did my husband. Appointments are booked out way in advance but it seems like that’s the case everywhere in VB for dermatology so might as well get it on the schedule with this group. If you have something pressing, you can ask to be put on their cancellation list to call if someone cancels. Doctors were very nice, thorough and listened to all my concerns. Only downside is you have to pay your bill by phone or mail as they don’t have an online option. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with Dr. Beck. She's kind and gentle. Did my biopsy and never felt a thing. I don't understand the poor reviews...when I found out she worked here, I made an appointment. Her staff is great too. No complaints. I trust her. I'll be returning this fall.

This place is INCREDIBLY unprofessional. My husband had an appointment scheduled for today at 3:15. We were attempting to arrive early, as I know most new patient appointments will have paperwork to fill out. We got caught in traffic, and arrived exactly at the appointment time. The doctor refused to see him, and said he’d need to wait until one of her other patients didn’t show up or reschedule.
