Every time I called, I felt like they did not want to be on the phone with me. I waited months for an appointment just to be told two weeks before that the doctor changed his schedule and I would need to wait multiple months longer. I felt relief because I believed I would be getting help soon, so this was very upsetting. I understand people quit, change schedules, whatever, but my whole experience with them felt lacking of empathy. I've seen Dr. Bryan for a couple of years - he's personable, knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. Office staff are also very efficient - they know their jobs and get things (check in, scheduling) done quickly.

This place was not pleasant at all and frankly extremely not accommodating. I arrived at the exact time my appointment was and they told me i was late because they REQUIRE you to be there 20 MIN EARLY FOR NEW PATIENTS. Ok no problem I would have understood that if there were 20 PAGES OF FORMS TO BE FILLED OUT ON PAPER. No. This was less than a min very straightforward and mostly signing and agreeing that took me 45 secs to fill out. So after 45 min of waiting i asked hey hi still here!
