Every time I called, I felt like they did not want to be on the phone with me. I waited months for an appointment just to be told two weeks before that the doctor changed his schedule and I would need to wait multiple months longer. I felt relief because I believed I would be getting help soon, so this was very upsetting. I understand people quit, change schedules, whatever, but my whole experience with them felt lacking of empathy. I've seen Dr. Bryan for a couple of years - he's personable, knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. Office staff are also very efficient - they know their jobs and get things (check in, scheduling) done quickly.
