Horrible “bedside manner”. I had mysterious itchy bumps all over my limbs upon returning from a summer in Europe. Couldn’t figure it out for 8 months so I went into this dermatologist for a 2nd opinion. She rudely told me to CALM DOWN when I was literally the calmest person in the room explaining my situation to her just asking for help, as a person who had had these itchy bumps all over for months. I found Dr. Green very rude. I’ve had procedures done like this before, and she refused to use safety practices that I had experienced previously and that I was more comfortable with. She initially refused to shield my eye when freezing off the raised skin near my eye. After the procedure, the skin under my eye started swelling. I should never have gone to see her.
The Dr. and staff were all friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. They gave me 2 mini samples of itch relief moisturizer (that is OTC to try) to help with itchy irritated skin. They are my go-to for skin problems or questions every time- they help me out!
I LOVE Dr. Kimbrough-Green and her staff. Such a well run facility. I love her personality! It was so important for me to find a doctor who understands African American. She is amazing. The facials provided here are fabulous!
