Way over charge and every time I've called them, I get a message saying they will call back, I can't get a live person which is very annoying. They don't say when they will call you back so you can't take care of business on your day off. Why charge so much if you can't pay someone to answer the phone?
Today I seen the most AMAZING Dr. His name was Dr Kokkonen, he was kind caring and compassionate and understanding... Last month I seen a different Dr and he argued with me about steroid medication which a diabetic patients CANNOT use and I inject over 520 unit's of insulin a day... So I still after 2 1/2 year's lived in misery... Dr.Kokkonen took the time to figure it out... Gave me MULTIPLE medications... And his Medical Assistant Monica was AMAZING also... I saw Katelyn for a micro-needling (vampire facial) session she has a great personality & attitude towards her career as a Medical Esthetician. She gave me a great service and prepared me for the healing process so far it’s been 4 weeks since my service and my skin looks brighter & I’ve had less acne/blemishes can’t wait to book another appointment at the clinic �
After 3 visits and numerous tests, they still didn't known what a rash I had was or how to stop it. Seemed they should have consulted someone more senior and found a resolution so I didn't have to keep coming back at a $40 copay for nothing.
I’ve seen Katelyn Goodenberger (esthetician) twice now for a chemical peel and also for a Jane Iridale makeup consultation and she’s amazing and a joy to work with. She’s very knowledgeable and the whole staff has been wonderful and patient when I bring my older daughter with me. I’m happy to have such a great clinic here in Wilsonville!
We were well taken care of by Dr Bremmer & his staff. Knowledgeable & went to extra lengths to get records. The office is aesthetically very appealing. It is nice to have a Dermatologist so close.
