Way over charge and every time I've called them, I get a message saying they will call back, I can't get a live person which is very annoying. They don't say when they will call you back so you can't take care of business on your day off. Why charge so much if you can't pay someone to answer the phone?
Today I seen the most AMAZING Dr. His name was Dr Kokkonen, he was kind caring and compassionate and understanding... Last month I seen a different Dr and he argued with me about steroid medication which a diabetic patients CANNOT use and I inject over 520 unit's of insulin a day... So I still after 2 1/2 year's lived in misery... Dr.Kokkonen took the time to figure it out... Gave me MULTIPLE medications... And his Medical Assistant Monica was AMAZING also... You NEED HELP he's the person... Thank you so much... Hopefully I ... read more
After 3 visits and numerous tests, they still didn't known what a rash I had was or how to stop it. Seemed they should have consulted someone more senior and found a resolution so I didn't have to keep coming back at a $40 copay for nothing.
