I went in after finding out I was pregnant on a medication that is very controlled. I decided to go in and let them know what was going on. Not only did they talk very loudly and rudely about me in the main room, they also treated me like dirt. Dr. Mentz had no interest in listening to my side of the story, and neither did her sidekick taking notes. Another of the females that takes notes said very loudly "does her mom know she's pregnant?" One of the best businesses in Colorado Springs. State of the art treatment and a great staff that is caring compassionate and so talented. Highly recommend Dr Turner and Dr. Trookman. Great doctors in every way and Mary is a genius when it comes to cosmetic work especially dealing with scarring. I can't recommend them highly enough for any and all dermatology needs.
Dr Babcock is the bomb! He takes time to listen to me and my ailments. Never in a rush, takes time to address my concerns. Highly recommend him!

The receptionist Misty or Missy was so rude and condescending it shames the business she works for. The illustration of empathy fatigue she displayed will impact the dermatologist business long-term and an embarrassment to Pueblo
