I feel very welcome from the time I walk in. Almost everyone at the front desk knows me by name. I had been doing light therapy weekly. I had a follow up appointment yesterday. Mackenzie is always very friendly and provides good customer service. I have seen both Dr. Marcus and Dr. Mentz. They are both very caring . I don't feel like I am being rushed out the door like in other offices.

Dr trookman is wonderful. The staff is fantastic and he helped heal me quickly.
Before doing anything with Colorado springs dermatology I recommend that you check their pricing. I've had moles and melanoma is removed before was expecting a bill of $200 and got a bill of $2,700 for a simple biopsy when I called and spoke to billing Laura was rude and unprofessional. I'm not new to dermatology I have a history of melanoma and I have never once had a bill this large for a scrape biopsy. their office was very nice and now I see why.
