I've been in the waiting room for 45 min And someone just called my name to fill out new patient paper work. This is ridiculous. Who has time for this ??? I have a toddler. We are both annoyed. The people at the front desk are oblivious to whats going on. If the front is your first impression of the business why wouldn't you provide better service.
