Great office! Great experience all around from the front office staff when I first came in for my appointment to when I checked out at the end. Highly recommend this office.
I have noticed the wait times getting progressively longer over the 10 plus years that I have been with Dr Strong. Just left after waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room, with more waiting anticipated when I finally get a room. I appreciate that unforeseen events can cause delays, but this is EVERY appointment and this is DERMATOLOGY. They should be able to schedule more accurately than this! Going to find a dermatologist more respectful of my time.
Hate is a very strong word but I was quite disappointed being a first time patient there or to any dermatology office in fact. After thorough research though, and confirmation directly from the office, protocol for a full body check was not adhered to. Then the nurse made it even worse when I called back to find out why the full body check wasn't done or even mentioned. The PA seemed nice but I'm just confused as to why she didn't follow the normal procedure of checking every patient fully in which the nurse said they normal... read more
