Tried to make an appointment at your Maple Valley office and was told I had to get a referral before I could make an appointment. I already had a referral so I called and asked my doctor to fax the referral to your clinic which they said would take a few minutes. Hours went by and I never heard back from your office. It's been 3 days and I still haven't heard back so you have lost a client as I am going to make an appointment with someone else. Extremely poor customer service!
