Although Pat Wilson has a great personality, she will dismiss you in a heartbeat if things don’t go as they should! After I was burnt to a crisp with skin damage, they didn’t call to check on me, offer any repair or even a bottle of lotion. She just dismissed me! I was so disappointed!

My daughter and I have been treated by Dr. Sowell and had great service. I called today for an appointment for my son and I and was told Dr. Sowell was taking no new patients even though he has treated 2 other family members. I asked what I should do for my son and was told to call around and find a doctor that may be taking new patients. I could not believe this answer and lack of concern for a current patient and family member. Just to be clear, I could make an appointment for myself but my son is just out of luck. Pissed off. Called about my appointment that I have been waiting. Was setup on the wrong date by my doctor. Called reschedule appointment was told not accepting clients with rash. That is fucking stupid the only reason I need to go to the doctor is because of the rash. I thought that was part of the oath you take as a doctor. Never go to the place ever
