I had an appointment at the Appleton location at 4 p.m. on a Friday. It was my first appointment with them. I arrived at 3:50 and filled out a few forms which I expected. I then waited until 4:30 and asked the receptionist when I might get in. She said my chart was the next to be pulled. About 5 minutes later I was escorted to the room to see the doctor.
