I had my first appointment, (standard xrays, exam, cleaning) today. I was pleasantly surprised with the service. I was apprehensive switching from my previous life long dentist. But I'm so glad I did! The hygienist, Tiffany, did an outstanding job! She gave me the best teeth cleaning I've had in my life! Took care of issues I didn't even know were problems. My daughter gets anxiety about the dentist and our last time here was a rough. She wouldn't let the doctor even look in her mouth. So naturally I was nervous for her but she jumped right on the chair and they talked to her and let her know and showed her everythjing before they did it and we made it through the whole cleaning with laughs and a smile. I have only been a patient with Dental Depot for about 2 months. Have had 3 appointments in which I've had 4 upper teeth extracted on 1st appointment, bone fragments "surgically" removed on 2nd, and impressions taken for upper denture on 3rd appointment today, June 7th. I had never been but was desperate as I was in a lot of pain and my jaw was locking up. A friend recommended them. I made my appointment and got in and completely taken care of in the same day. They removed my problem wisdom tooth and I was out in no time! The staff was extremely kind and made me feel at home.
Awesome quick service
My 9 year old was up all night with a sever toothache, our regular dentist is closed in Friday's. Frantically I called around and was able to get in with Dental Depot. The dentist and hygienist were bother great with my son. He was very anxious and fearful, but they put him at ease. He felt no pain throughout the procedure and they explained everything that they were doing so he could understand. So now he has a new dentist that we will be coming back to for all of his dental needs.
