Dr. Lin has been meticulous in her care, and takes the time to listen to questions and discuss care options. She also follows up after a procedure. I very much appreciated her phone calls to check up later each afternoon after two Mohs procedures on my face.

There's nothing like feeling you are the most important person when visiting your doctor. Dr. Eitan Homa is exceptional beyond words. He cleared up an extremely bad infection due to another dermatologist's (in Sonoma County) neglect and poor practice. He is gentle and makes certain you understand details of your dermatological issues and clarity for the exact steps to take for care. He asks if you have any questions! How Dr. Krasnoff can receive anything less than 5 Stars? (and I rarely give out 5 Stars for anything). She's caring, compassionate, professional & highly knowledgeable. I trust her with my entire family, (she's ben doing an excellent job for us for years). Her staff is very professional, the office is beautiful, parking is easy and she has just about every "high-tech" piece of equipment you'd ever need. In short; Her office is everything you'd want when going to any Medical Provider's Facility.
Technically she seemed fine. I was happy with the outcome. But she did not communicate well, and obviously had not looked at my chart before talking with me each time. She tried to sell me hair removal when I had already gone through such and didn't need it. For the laser work she was proficient, but she left me feeling untrustful with regard to future dermatology needs.
