Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this dermatologist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

I had to wait for a little while. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I never actually saw the doctor. I saw a physician's assistant who brushed off my issues, but I still paid a $35.00 copay as if I had seen the specialist and people wonder why health insurance is so expensive. I went to see a specialist because my mother died of malignant melanoma that went untreated for two years. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. My daughter called me from college complaining of a "scarey" rash which was all over her legs. She had been to our own pediatrician and the clinic at her college and they were unable to diagnose her. I called on a Monday morning to get an appointment and they were willing to work with her schedule which meant she was seen that Tuesday morning. She saw Dr. O'Brien who was fabulous.
