No, they were very calm and understanding Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Is this business in a safe neighborhood? My daughter called me from college complaining of a "scarey" rash which was all over her legs. She had been to our own pediatrician and the clinic at her college and they were unable to diagnose her. I called on a Monday morning to get an appointment and they were willing to work with her schedule which meant she was seen that Tuesday morning. She saw Dr. O'Brien who was fabulous.
