Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? They were average Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
