Everyone was lovely! The front desk, medical assistants, and nurses were incredibly nice! Dr. Kovaleski put me at ease and explained everything that he was doing. It was a relatively painless experience! Thank you everyone for taking such great care of your patients!
I would recommend Dermatology to everyone.
The lack of hand-washing or glove use by the doctor I saw was off-putting. The visibly dirty gloves sitting out from another patient didn't sit well with me either. I also was told to arrive early, which I did, then ended up not being seen until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I also felt that there was a significant lack of communication in the office.
