It's difficult to rate a dental practice as 5 stars because of the nature of the visits, therefore the 4 stars. We've moved 7 times in 22 years and trying to find a dentist is awful - it's hard to rely on neighbors recommendations because they havn't had the same experiences we had. We moved to Gainesville 3 years ago, and trying to find a dental practice that is friendly and professional is a daunting task. We have found professionalism and more with Tower Dental. The staff at Tower Dental is always so nice! The waiting area is quite comfortable, NOT that I have EVER had to sit in it long as they are always PROMPT as well:) I recommend Tower Dental to anyone who is looking for a dentist.
As always, my visit to Tower Dental begins with a warm welcome from a friendly, competent staff. I arrrived early but was seated in achair exactly on time. I cannot say the replacement of a crown was pleasant but I contune to be impressed with the skills of Dr. Samarkos in the three years I haave beeb his patient. I am also impressed by his attentive and efficient sstaff -- on my last visit I was under Jimmy's care. Thank you Tower Dental Associates.
Everyone in the office was professional and friendly. All my questions were answered, and I was pleased with the entire visit.
I look forward to my dental visits - I leave clean and fresh and everyone is so warm and kind. We are blessed to have this team in Gainesville.
Friendly staff made me feel comfortable.
I loved their electronic patient form and the massage seats in the front office. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was scheduled to do my xrays one mornin and the cleaning the next, but they fit me to do both in the same sitting. During the cleaning I watched the television the whole time and relaxed while me and the hygienist had small talk. The only thing I kind of didn't like was the office's structure (the ceiling could use some work) but everything was clean and sterile.
Everything was great. Friendly and most informative with insurance practices and treatment.
