Dr Elkeeb is wonderful. Very patient and thorough. Her assistant Ivy was very thoughtful and helpful. I highly recommend this Dermatology Office
I’m honestly shocked this place doesn’t have better reviews. My wait was very short and Dr. King and her staff were very kind and personable. I’ve been very emotional about my hair loss at such a young age, she gave her sympathy and lots of useful information. My visit was not rushed and I even got my blood work done same day, I don’t remember her name but she was amazing and knows how to work the needle (LOL). Amazing experience, thank you ladies 🫶🏼
My experience was horrible. The nurse practioner came in with very little bedside manner. She began to tell me what she was going prescribe, but she hadn't said anything about what she thought it was or wasn't. I had to pull info out of her, to try and understand why she was suggesting the medicine she was telling me to get. She did not make me feel comfortable at all. I already have an appointment with another doctor and I will not be back for a follow up.
My appointment was with Dr Muennich for a small skin cancer on my face. When I arrived, I was told by the nurse, that because my local dermatologist had not faxed over my pathology report yet, there was nothing the Doctor could do until she looked over the report. I drove home (a 2-hour drive) and went to my local dermatologist who provided me with the fax cover sheet which proved that Dr Muennich did in fact receive my report 2 days before my appointment! Been nothing but great experience. Doctors and assistants make you feel comfortable and explain to you what's happening and give you a full understanding of the treatment and everything that you will see and need to do.
