I would give 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend this practice. At the time of scheduling I confirmed with the office that my insurance was accepted, after I had confirmed with my insurance provider directly. A few days before my appointment I called the office again to confirm my insurance had been verified and everything was set for my appointment. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding care I received from Dr. Muennich and her entire staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. My wife and I both saw Dr. Pranav Sheth for a check up. The staff was great but Dr. Sheth is a rare find. He is super friendly and seems sincerely concerned. We would both highly recommend him for you dermatology needs. We need more doctors like him. Thank you, Dermatology and Skincare.

Felt very rushed, like in every conversation I was being inconvenient when I asked a question of any kind about things, even during a phone conversation with someone from the lab when I was called back with test results. When asking the doctor a question about what something on my skin was (just to identify it), the only response I got was that I need to "make an appointment with cosmetics". Don't plan to return.
