Very very dirty. Didn’t want to sit down anywhere. Just seems unprofessional.
The doctor and reception staff are polite, but the overall experience raised concerns. Procedures were performed on my son without prior explanation of their purpose or associated costs. Weeks later, I received a $253 bill with vague descriptions and no clear breakdown. I paid it, but the practice lacks transparency and does not spend enough time ensuring patients and parents feel informed and comfortable. I will not be coming back.
The reception taking in appointment very rude and was repeatedly her self over and over. Very unhelpful. And per all the 1 star review I agree. I have PPO ins and she just elaborating on charges. No wonder all this bad review. Replace those unhelpful staff.
“Man that’s ugly.” To my condition that I saw him for. Not the best thing to hear from a dermatologist. I believe he prescribed me adequate medications to address this “ugly” situation but even still, maybe a little professionalism on his part.
The worst experience ever do not come here so unprofessional he didn’t do anything he just looked then charged me 30$ for what? What did he do absolutely nothing I’m so confused this is the worst doctors office
