**edited- Emma is no longer with them, and I will not be returning. I had one technician tell me the machines in room 3 and 5 work the same, and another tell me that one WILL NOT give me effective treatment due to my hair type. So essentially I wasted 4 treatments using a machine that hurts less, but doesn't work on me. I tried addressing this and they refused to acknowledge it. WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME!!!!!
