Had a great experience at DermaEnvy....Great service, professional behaviour, friendly and warm. AND SO NICE NOT TO BE ASKED . and what plans do you have for the rest of the day? Whoever told cosmeticians etc to ask a customer that question needs to do some critical thinking. Not appropriate.
Great service! I no longer have facial hair, and everyone was nice, professional, and knowledgeable.
I had the worst experience on my very first visit. I didn’t even make it to my appointment, yet I was still charged for it. I was late because of traffic, which is something I couldn’t control. Instead of showing any understanding, I received a call only to be told I would be charged. I found that to be very unprofessional. Customer service is something that really needs improvement.
