I have been getting treatment with Dr. Payman for about a few years now and have always had a positive experience. Her bedside manner is very warm and personal, she always takes her time with me as a patient. I have received a few rounds of Botox with her and her recommendations are always spot on, never suggesting too much. The office also has good customer service, they had to reschedule my appointment and offered me free units of Botox. Will definitely be returning.
Overall I’ve had a great experience. The staff is warm and welcoming and everyone is extremely informative of the services and provides a clear plan forward of how to best treat your skincare needs. They also make it accommodating if you need to reschedule. The doctor is very knowledgeable and I feel very confident to trust her with my skin needs. Will continue to come back to derm clinic move forward.
