I do not recommend this place. Terrible customer service!!! They made a mistake with one of our prescriptions and said they would fix it several weeks ago. Since then they have not been returning our phone calls or emails.
My glasses were lost. They were replaced but it took me a very long time to finally get my new glasses. Then I order my daughter's glasses and they have not come in yet after weeks and no one knows why and they cannot give me a true reason about it. On top of it, I order contacts as well and one of the boxes is expired... I love the exam at this office but not the ordering process because your product is either lost, delayed, expired or all at the same time like on my case.
It’s a nice place but It’ Better if they attach the price up front with the frame. Waiting for the glasses 👓
I had an appointment today to get lens replacement for my current glasses that I got purchased 4 yrs ago here, but ended up buying a new pair of glasses and got an AMAZING deal. I seriously did not have any intentions of purchasing, but they gave me such a great deal that I couldn't say no. The staff was SUPER nice and very professional. Thank you for your wonderful customer service. I was truly impressed, just like the first time. You have a customer for life! ���
Do not waste your time going here especially if you need glasses. I ordered my glasses March 9 and it took a month for them to come in and I'm still waiting on the correct lenses because they 'forgot' to add the anti glare. I was better off going to Target or even Walmart. It has never taken almost 2 months to get glasses in! I will not be coming back. As soon as my lenses come in if ever, I won't be back.
I have been coming to Derickson for years. They are fabulous
