I found Dr Cuff to be very friendly, personal, knowledgeable and precise when explaining my situation. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I left his office with no doubt in my mind that I was going to move forward with the procedure that he recommended. The whole staff was friendly, and I was very relaxed during the visit. Jill the scheduler was very organized, and I received a call back from her within an hour of my call to set up the surgery.
I am on week 15 of rotator cuff surgery and feeling blessed for my choice of surgeon. Dr. Cuff and his staff are the best in the area, in my opinion. From my first appointment to surgery and recovery Dr. Cuff has been wonderful. I totally recommend him to anyone needing shoulder surgery. I think he's so the best in his field.

Went to Dr Cuff to follow up about my L&R shoulders. Both have partial tears. Today Dr Cuff kept saying it was not surgical and he only treats surgical patients. I was there because my pain has increased due to re injuring left shoulder during hurricane. He didn’t want to hear what I had to say and just kept repeating himself that it was non surgical. Dr. Cuff replaced both shoulders. No problems after surgery and great PT staff in Englewood.
First time for me. Staff helpful, pleasant. Dr. Cuff was patient, explained everything, answered our(my husband with me) questions, some we didn't think of. He has a great and happy manner but also knowledgeable and confident. I better understand what is going on in my shoulder and how to ID when I need the next step.
