Though no one wants to have surgery, Dr. Robinson and his staff made this experience as comfortable as possible. From the wonderful nurse who facilitated my appointments to surgical after care, I always felt that my best interests were considered. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Robinson.
I have never really had a surgeon before and he certainly put me at ease. His bedside manor is better than a 5 star. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. One of two physicians who's actually sat down and spoke with me before beginning the process. ALSO, he actually called me before the surgery to be sure I was set and didn't have any questions.
Dr. Robinson has been my surgeon since 1993. He has always been very professional, thorough and caring. Recently I had to have a surgical procedure, and I insisted the hospital contact Dr. Robinson for my surgery. Everything went great, post surgery checkup just completed. He is the best.
Thorough but not dismissive. Weighed options carefully. Follow up appointments were easy and timely.
Dr. Robinson showed knowledge of my diagnosis and the treatment/surgery required. He showed me the kindness and assurance that I needed.
Dr. Robinson has been thorough, professional, and kind from my first consultation with him all the way through the surgery process and a follow-up visit severals months later. Scheduling appointments is made easy thanks to his wonderful nurse, and he gladly saw me free-of-charge when I was concerned about my incision months after surgery. He takes the time to answer my questions during every visit and sets my mind at ease when I have concerns.
Dr. Robinson was not only professional but also gave me a sense of complete trust in his surgical ability to successfully treat my condition. He was attentive, answered any questions I or my family had. His follow up after surgery was encouraging and assured me to feel free to come back, at no charge, if things didn't go to my satisfaction, which they have.
Dr. Robinson stated to me he was not concerned about other conditions that might limit my wound treatment. He stated he wanted to address only the wound, and would make every effort to speed healing, regardless of inflaming other conditions.
