Been following them for a while, waiting for a chance to sample their food. Worth the wait. I'm a brisket man and have been for quite a while. Cook my own and brag quite a bit about it. Hate to admit it but he puts mine to shame. Great bark, tender, and most importantly, great taste and moist. Some of the best brisket I have ever eaten..and the jalapeno cheese sausage is the best I've ever eaten.
I visited a friend in Texas for the weekend and I was introduced to Texas BBQ. Absolutely the best BBQ I've ever eaten and can't wait to get back just to get some more. Keep on doin it guys!!!!
Stopped by on Saturday and waited in line for some of the best brisket I've had in a long time. The brisket was smoked perfect with great bark.... Very Tasty Was treated to some of the owners homemade jalapeño sausage. What a great side dish to order up. Washed it all down with some sweet tea If your in the area I recommend a stop for some great food. With the drive to find this place
