Beef rib, brisket and sausage. Great flavors but just to much fat on the meat for my liking. But would go there again for sure.

On the Brisket we can do more lean cuts if you would like just make sure to mention that when you order. We should of asked you this, but may of slipped through we're still working out some kinks.
