We stopped in with my wife and a few friends for the tour, drinks, and light bites, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our tour guide, Kaiden, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made sure every question was answered thoroughly. We had a fantastic experience at Derby Dallas! We came in with a large party of 11 and even brought our dogs along. Everything went incredibly smoothly from start to finish. Our waitress, Jinah, was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, attentive, and deeply accommodating to both the people and our pups. Every time I have came here Sarah is welcoming, very attentive and has a very upbeat bubbly personality. The food is always great but Sarah’s great customer service makes the delivery even better every time. Place is always tidy, clean and a chill atmosphere. Made being a member an easy answer.
Huge shout out to Sarah! She’s always friendly and attentive! This is my favorite spot to chill and the foods amazing!
Had a reservation and walked in to be told by the host she doesnt know what happened but its a 40 min wait. Needless to say after waiting for a table we ended up leaving. If you want to loom at the cars you have to pay an additional $15 per person for a 10 minute walk through complete rip off
