Horrible communication and concern for clients well being ! Don't prepare clients as they should to transition home .Just throw them to the wolves! Complain to director nursing he takes forever return your call. Then he said weeks ago would investigate horrible care my mother got. Well I'm still waiting !! DHR highly was recommend ... I would never use this place again !!!!
So far, I am very impressed. Not any bad experiences. Denelle is very amazing. I am so very impressed with her. She listens to my concerns & addresses them immediately. Thank you all staff for all you do. I know it's a very hard job.
It has been quite an experience beings my mom has been there four Times in the last two years and they have taken good care of her
