Couldn't be happier – I've been taking my two dogs to Keith at Der Pet Haus for quite awhile and have never been disappointed. Before finding Keith and Der Pet Haus, I took my dogs to another grooming establishment on Main street in Bellevue. I was never happy with the way they groomed or treated my dogs. My dog was injured there – I took my dog there to get her nails dremmelled. They took her in the room with the window, but to the right of the door so I could not see her. She came back limping and bruised. That limp turned into a torn cruciate ligament and very expensive TPLO surgery. I do feel that if the dog is so uncooperative that it's hurting itself, rather than restrain as harshly as they did, they should have just refused to do the service. Cut my dog! – I took our dog to Der Pet Haus based on the reviews here. Our dog looks terrible, and she has 2 cuts into her skin! I have already made an appointment with our old groomer to fix the mess left by Der Pet Haus. Her wounds will just have to heal with time. Honestly, this is the very worst grooming our dog has ever had. I could have done a better job myself. Go somewhere else!

Good grooming at a good price – I've been taking my dogs to Der Pet Haus for 3+ years now. They are not show dogs and have always entered and exited happily. Since they don't always enter the vet's office as confident, I can only assume that they don't have any negative associatons here. On Friday I asked about the "hidden room". The room with the mirrored window (which you can see through) is the washing and drying room. The best quality dog grooming in town – I have been taking my dogs to Sue at Der Pet Haus for years. She does a great job and you can tell she likes dogs. My poodle gets a beautiful hair cut and I've recommended Der Pet Haus to all my poodle and Bichon-owning friends (most use Sue but one uses Carol). The dogs all come out looking better than dogs groomed elsewhere. I highly recommend them.

Professional and Very knowledgeable Groomer – I have been taking my 2 brussel griffons to Keith for over 2 years now. I actually got my 2nd brussel from Keith since he breeds and shows brussels. Keith shows my little brussel now and he is actually way more concerned about the care and well being of him than I can be at times and that says a lot because I treat my dogs like my own kids. Best Groomer on the Eastside – I would like to dispute the submission by the lady who claims to have had her dog "thrown" on the floor. I have had Keith groom my goldens (2) for over 3 years now. He came highly recommended by a co-worker at my office who has had him groom her golden for several years before me. Further, Keith has kept my dogs at his house while on vacation and I have NEVER seen any abuse. I trust him with my four legged children just as if I would trust my two legged ones. The most horrifying experience I have ever had with a dog grooming place! I saw with my own eyes, behind the little mirror glass window in the room where they groom the "none show dogs", how they were treating my dog! Keith (who says he is the owner of this place) was trying to comb my dog?s hair and she was not comfortable with the aggression he was using.
