Horrible Pet Groomers!! – WARNING!!! My sister took her Golden Doodle to be groomed today for the first time. He still has his puppy coat, but a few areas of matting that needed to be groomed out. Six hours later, she went to pick him up and Der Pet Haus had completely shaved him (including whiskers and eyebrows) except for his ears and tail. UNBELIEVABLE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE!!

Disappointed – I called to see if they'd be able to do a good cut for a Japanese Chin and the man I spoke to was really stand-offish. He acted like it was some posh uber-chic salon that only celebs took their dogs to. He said they were booked solid but may be able to squeeze me in thursday. I said I wasn't sure if I had that time available and was checking to see if they'd even be able to do a proper cut for a Chin. Most salons don't even know what the breed is. Furr-fabulous! – I've been taking my dogs to Der Pet Haus for more than 20 years. Carol's skills with a pair of scissors is unbelievable. If you want your dog to look like a "show dog", she's the groomer of choice. I've sent many friends to her over the years and we all agree that she's got it! You can't go wrong at Der Pet Haus. Great people, great service and great prices.

Great Breed Cuts – The most affordable place in Bellevue for breed specific cuts. Carol is fantastic and knows how to make a Portuguese Water Dog look like a Portuguese Water Dog.

BEST & MOST AFFORDABLE GROOMING FOR BIG DOGS – My husband and I bring our gigantic Newfoundland "Motley" here for grooming and all-over cutting/shaving of his coat. We couldn't be more thrilled with the job they do! He comes back extremely clean, coat evenly shaved/cut, and always happy. Once I brought him to another groomer in Bellevue (who I will not mention) because Der Pet Haus was booked out for a few weeks and didn't have enough time (it takes several hours to groom Motley) to fit him in sooner. Pet Grooming – Keith treated my standard poodle very well and gave him a great haircut. I chose Der Pet Haus because people kept noting how calm and happy their dogs were after being groomed. It is more important that the dog is not traumatized than he have the perfect haircut. Luckily with Keith, I didn't have to choose and got a calm AND beautifully groomed dog. I will continue to come back based on my good experience.

Couldn't be happier – I've been taking my two dogs to Keith at Der Pet Haus for quite awhile and have never been disappointed. Before finding Keith and Der Pet Haus, I took my dogs to another grooming establishment on Main street in Bellevue. I was never happy with the way they groomed or treated my dogs. My dogs never had the same groomer and the cut was always inconsistent. I have a particular type of dog who require a certain cut and for someone experienced, it should be very easy. My dog was injured there – I took my dog there to get her nails dremmelled. They took her in the room with the window, but to the right of the door so I could not see her. She came back limping and bruised. That limp turned into a torn cruciate ligament and very expensive TPLO surgery. I do feel that if the dog is so uncooperative that it's hurting itself, rather than restrain as harshly as they did, they should have just refused to do the service. Cut my dog! – I took our dog to Der Pet Haus based on the reviews here. Our dog looks terrible, and she has 2 cuts into her skin! I have already made an appointment with our old groomer to fix the mess left by Der Pet Haus. Her wounds will just have to heal with time. Honestly, this is the very worst grooming our dog has ever had. I could have done a better job myself. Go somewhere else!
