After several e/mails, visits and over the phone conversations trying to find out a professional description(specs, ratings, etc.) of the products and services offered. It was not possible to get a final quote with all this information. Quotes were very sketchy. When I insisted in having a complete quote, their answer was "We do not want to do business with you". If it was not possible for them to put all the specs in a piece of paper; I wonder if they will be able to honor it? Any how I will give them 3 stars since salesman... read more

The house we had windows installed is our second home. We live in Wisconsin. We ordered the windows and an entry door with a glass panel. They weren't ready before we returned to Wisconsin. I flew back in May for the install.The windows arrived and when the door was installed it didn't match the size of the glass panel next to it. A new glass panel had to be ordered. DSG was very apologetic and we agreed that I would hold back $500 that I would pay when the windows passed building code inspection. Serita said she would take ... read more

Used this company to install shuttrers on my three terraces. Installation was fine and problems were taken care of promptly. Not any more. I request maintenance twoice a year which I pay for, good luck trying to get someone to call you back. I have been waiting since 10/21/16 ti replace a blade. My shutter cannot be moved, today is 11/30/16. I have called 6 times. Go somewhere else, NOT DEPENDABLE

Contacted company to provide service to my shutters, because certain areas, required more that greasing. Was told that an $80.00 charge for a ladder rental was going to be added, because my home was two stories. Although, found this to be concerning, because what such company would not have a ladder and never heard of such, I proceeded with the services.
