Dependable Roofing is the only company to show up. Cascade Roofing called, made an appointment failed to show up for the appointment, then called 1 hour later ,and said they would call the next day to make another appointment ,which tkhey did not do. I do not have an estimate from Dependable Roofing as yet. They appear to know what they are doing, courtious, and came when they said they would. I am anxious to see what their estimate is. We have used Mr. White two times now. He is the best! He calls quickly. Prices are very reasonable. Always; on time, neat, courteous. Perfect work! Will use him when we replace roof. Will continue to use this service because of his company's high standard.
It was extremely frustrating to work this particular contractor because he would tell me he was going to come on a certain day and then not show up and not call to let me know he wasn't going to come. I feel that the only way I got the job completed was to leave him a message and ask for my 50% deposit back because I didn't see a timely solution to my problem.

When roof was inspected and roof repair work was agreed to be done, I explained to the homeowner we would not be able to do the repair until we had couple of nice days(weather permitting)due to what needed to be done to fix the roof leak properly. We had bad weather continuously for a period of time. When weather cooperated the roof repair was completed in a professional and timely manner. I apologized to the homeowner for any inconvenience, however I do not have any control over the weather.
Satisfied with the job. Replaced shingles and repaired roof air vents.
I highly recommend Dependable Roofing. Due to the recent storms here in Western WA, Tom was the only Roofing Expert to call me back within the hour and quickly schedule repairs. What I thought was an initial assessment and estimate turned into the actual repair on a Saturday morning .Tom showed up with a crew to repair on the spot. Very reasonable rates. Excellent service.
Replaced shingles
Mr White was great on giving me an written estimate, working around my schedule and finishing when he said he would. Two other people didn't even bother to call. He gave a variety of options: 20 yr, 30 yr and even left some shingles for repair in the future if needed. He is polite, readily accessible and very forthcoming in communication on a schedule that was very weather-dependent.
