Did a great job and was prompt
Provided all services bid. Overcame numerous weather impacted delays to complete all tasks. Costs charged versus time expended seemed a bit high, but work was done with expertise and professionalism.
Didn't manage my expectations at all. I was expecting things to at least look like they use too and the roofing color to match like he claimed it would. Sheeting didn't line up, roofing didn't line up, and color didn't match. Nails left on ground with pieces of shingles after I asked them to make sure everything was picked up. The bright side is the roof is fixed so far with no leaks.
Professional bidding estimate documents. While not the cheapest, I felt Tom would do the best quality job, since he would be working on the project himself. He would have workers helping, but he would also be working, not just assigning the task to someone else. That gave me confidence in the results.
Very inpressed with his confidence and knowledge applied to the problem area. They cleaned up like they weren't even there. Very nice and willing to show you what was done as well as answer any questions or explain the details. Also, really like the fact that he backs his work up for 2 years. Wow ... A very pleasent and professional job!

The contractor, Tom White, was very thorough in his overall assessment of what he would do in repairing, cleaning, and general maintenance of our metal roof. He was very knowledgeable and addressed all our questions in a courteous and professional manner. He kept us informed daily of the progress of the project, explaining what was done that day. His crew was also very courteous and professional. Excellent contractor!
