Dependable Roofing came out and gave us an estimate. We really like his honesty and recommendations.
They did a very thorough job applying wood preservative and fire retardant treatment to my cedar shake roof, including noticing and repairing a few loose shakes. And they completed in one day, while protecting shubbery around the house where the preservative if it ran off could have damaged the plants. I certaiinly would recommend them to others.
THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB.
Didn't even think to double check that the chimney he covered over was venting my gas furnace and water heater. $1,500 and I am still trying to get it figured out....Gas company turned off my gas line until it can be done properly.

Not true, I did ask homeowner several times if the chimney was being used, before the repair on the roof leak was done!!! I also offered alternate solution to fix the roof leak which also included chimney to stay. In doing the roof repair I took the homeowner's word on the fact that the chimney was not being used with no plans to use in the future.
