A rip off I had a stuffed up sewer pipe that was backing up in my basement. They were able to come right away, and they were on time. $500 later they snaked out my drain and told me everything was fine. Two days later, I was backed up again. Same technician came and blamed me for the back up, not their faulty work. This time they charged me $350. They could not tell me why I had a problem, but were more then happy to charge me. Call them at your own risk I contacted them because my hot water heater was not lighting the pilot. The technician was very friendly and he was on time. He took a look at the unit for about a minute and told us we needed to replace the electronic system. He said it was cheaper to replace the whole unit. This is a 3 year old unit and I couldn't believe I was looking at at $1,500+ job. They even offered a 15% discount if I gave them the job. They were a little pushy, but I wanted a second opinion.
