My sewer line was completely shot. I received countless estimates. Dependable had the best rate out of all the companies. They were very prompt and on the ball. They were friendly, professional, and explained everything to us. They even invited my husband and I to watch them, if we wanted to. I have used several plumbers in the past: Frank's, Patrick, Mr. Rooter, ect. Recently I needed a gas line relocated and decided to solicit 3 bids. A friend suggested Dependable, so I chose them as one of the three. Their bid was one quarter of the other two. That's not a typo. One fourth! And lest you think they did a crappy job I was present throughout their work, present when they pressure tested the gas line and present when the City Inspector approved the work. Look no further for a plumber. This company is awesome! I recently deployed them at my home on a number of different projects ranging from a simple valve replacement to locating a gas leak in a large home. Fantastic company. I've used them on large and small projects in my home and they are the best! Extremely helpful and always polite. The office staff is super friendly and the technicians are very knowledgable. I will call them anytime and everytime I need help with anything in the plumbing world.
I rarely write reviews and am sometimes hesitant to recommend contractors or servicemen to friends/family, but I have zero reservations when it comes to Dependable. They always go above and beyond to help: truly advising what is best for the customer, their property & their pocketbook. We recently had a leak under of slab fixed, a large undertaking to say the least. I cannot say enough good things about the plumbers who were in our home. They did a fantastic job, were extremely courteous, and cleaned up well after completion of the job. The management staff on the other hand...their lack of professionalism and outright rudeness far out shadowed the work. Knowledgeable plumbers, professional job, completed the task in a very timely manner. What has ruined this otherwise great experience is the office personnel. This lady was rude, unprofessional, condescending, and very disrespectful. I told the crew that they had a life long customer but after the way we were treated by this lady I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Sad ending to a great beginning.
