My AC/Furnace blower developed a severe vibration...like an out-of-balance washing machine. I didn't see anything obviously wrong with it. I called a different HVAC company with which I have a paid "membership". A techician responded and said the motor and fan both needed to be replaced. He submitted the request for parts and said I'd get an estimate soon. I did...and it was $1509! I looked up the parts and found that was likely about 5 times what the parts would cost me to buy. Shawn(or possibly sean) didnt get spelling. Amazing out of this world service. Took his time (in the best way possible) tested everything for my issue. Even doubled check other stuff to rule out secondaries. Communicated what was being done. Ideas on what the possible issue were. Very straight forward gentleman. Got me back up and running in no time. A1 Quality! Price exceptionally reasonable for what he did and the information he gave me.
Do NOT use this company! I spent thousands of dollars to get a brand new a/c unit repaired, countless phone calls with hillbillies, just to have two men come here and tell me “water is pouring out of the unit” and we will not be able to return to fix it. When the tech, Shawn (sp?), came out to repair it, he gave me no receipt, no invoice, didn’t even check inside as a repair diagnostic before he left. We called several different HVAC repair places, and this is the only one that answered and was available next day. The technician was very professional, called us ahead of time, and repairs done within 20mins. Thank you for serving Tupelo! We highly recommend Dependable Heating and Air.
