The staff at this clinic are top notch! I've never waited even 5 minutes for an appointment. Meds are always refilled with no hassles, these healthcare folks do more with less!
I have been to this location twice and had communication with three different VA employees. Two of those individuals Were quite pleasant. The man behind the check-in counter was very nice and the woman who took my blood Had over 20 years experience& was very good at her job. They are 5 star service. The other Employee, a brown haired woman, was Not pleasant at all for the second time. Great professional staff, that provides outstanding care.
Receptionist very rude. Took my 90 year old Father-in-law to an appointment that he had noted on his calendar for 11/12/2024. The VA Community Care Center did not have the appointment on their schedule. The receptionist made no effort to look into this and just kept saying "No! There's nothing I can do". She wouldn't even tell my Father-in-law when his next appointment was. He has a very difficult time walking and is very weak. My Father-in-law also had a written order for leg compression wraps and she wouldn't even take the... read more
