Extraordinarily professional, efficient and compassionate. My nurse, Jason, was just amazing, as was Lena, another nurse.
I am very disappointed with my experience with the Interventional Radiology department. I called yesterday regarding an urgent referral and was told that the person who schedules consultations and procedures was unavailable. I was assured that someone would return my call the next day, but I never received a callback. Because of the urgency of my situation, I had to call back myself today. Very professional staff
I had a PET/ CT scan. They were great. They clearly know what they are doing. Everything was on time and easy. Done early. The report was online at the end of the day. Amazing!
I’m not sure of the name of the person who answered the phone on Thursday July 23 at 9:19am in this department. I don’t even want to address her as a young lady or a lady period because a lady has good mannerisms. But whoever she is needs to learn how to communicate in a professional way to the patients without being rude or obnoxious. Especially working in a hospital setting with different patient circumstances and needs. If not, healthcare is probably not the field for you because it’s about helping and caring for people.
