My daughter had an eeg last week and her results appointment was this week. I called and they said no she did not need to be present for me to be told the results. Got on the zoom and the patient coordinator asked me if the patient was present. I said no she’s at school I was told she didn’t need to be and I’m not comfortable pulling her out of school just for results that you’re telling me. Their patient coordinator obtained my wife's phone number from her file and has used it to harass us. We will never be back and I would recommend everyone proceed with caution.
Dr. Avaslara was wonderful! Entire team was very nice.
