I have been living in their property for past 2 years. Robert is super-friendly, very quick in maintenance, and the apartments are very close to campus (10 minutes walk at maximum). Make sure you check them if you are looking for a place to rent.
Lived in one of these properties last year. Anytime I needed anything done, Robert was right on it! Would have stayed if I could!!
Super friendly landlord! I have enjoyed living here and encountered no problems! Great place to rent from and close to the campus!
