During my time in Stillwater, Denyer Rentals has offered amazing service and hospitality. The management take care over both their properties and tenants to see that all is well. The locations and value with Denyer Rentals are amazing, but its the excellent communication and responsiveness that sets them above all other services.
Since moving in, the landlord has been very responsive to any maintenance issues and takes care of them immediately.
We’ve rented from Denyer Rentals for going on 2 years now, and we have nothing but good things to say. We’ve lived in two different apartments and have loved them both. They’ve been very well-maintained and any problem we’ve had has been addressed with kindness. We highly recommend Denyer Rentals!
Robert is a really great guy. He helped me out with a great place to live while I was at Oklahoma State. Any time there was a maintenance issue his team responded the same day to fix it. Cannot recommend him highly enough, he is the best person to go to for a rental property in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
I have been with them for almost 2 years. I had very good experience with them. Robert is an excellent manager. Any problems I had faced during my stay, been solved very quickly. The apartments are also very good and the price they offer is excellent. I would recommend anyone staying in Stillwater to check the apartments with Denyer before looking for any other property.

I have to say the same as the rest of these folks. I have rented to almost 2 yrs and the management is exceptional, if there are any issues they are addressed and quickly. The issues have been few and far between. The rent is very reasonable and the location is great. I have recommended many friends to them and they are happy as well. I can not say enough good things about them.
