I would not recommend this clinic, particularly Lauren Beltran. I've only been a patient for 3 months, and in that time the relationship went from reasonable to frustrating fast. Early on, they accommodated a 1-2 day early refill of my medication, which is standard and allowed by pharmacy and law up to 3 days early. More recently, that same kind of request was met with accusations of medication mismanagement. I had a very disappointing experience with this provider. They were professional and polite, but the interactions often felt so clinical and impersonal that I struggled to feel like I was actually being heard or understood as a person. I specifically sought psychiatric care because I wanted help understanding symptoms I believed could be related to ADHD/neurodivergence and asked to be properly evaluated. I have been a customer for several years with no issues until the last few months. Recently my credit card was charged *multiple* times for hundreds of dollars when I already paid my copays. The person in the internal billing department is no help at all and is clueless. I had to speak to the office manager to get it resolved. Watch your credit card statements!
I truly do not recommend trying to go to therapy here. I have been trying to start therapy here since February of this year. It's now August and I still don't have a reliable therapist. My first therapist Rebecca saw me two or three times, then completely stopped reaching out to me or replying to text messages about scheduling.
