Medication Management was the only thing they followed through with, yet they required me to contact them to request refills, and did not provide this service on weekends. They could not be bothered to follow up if I missed an appointment due to lack of access to telehealth links. They simply did not care, and I am suspicious that they are practicing the bare minimum state requirements so they can collect money from medical insurance.
My psychiatrist was fine but the billing department has been absolutely awful. They use a third party company that has no idea what’s going on. Sent me a bill to collections a year later for something I already paid for with proof of purchase and billing has just said “we’ll look into it” with absolutely no communication
I initially had a great experience with Denver Wellness Associates, however, I would never recommend this place to friends or anyone else with their reoccurring billing issues, and unfortunately is still happening based on other reviews. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. They do not care about you. All they care about is liability and money. The prescribers are all young and inexperienced and the clinical director is one of the most unprofessional medical professionals I’ve dealt with, and I go to the VA. The front desk staff is unfriendly. They will drop you like a bad habit for any perceived infraction leaving you without meds. While I love my provider, the front administrative staff are unhelpful and sometimes rude. I’ve had all kinds of billing issues and can’t get a hold of anyone in billing.
