Sandra has been a God Send for me. I have degenerative scoliosis. I have worked with a chiropractor and massage therapist and though their help has made a difference, Sandra's Pilates classes are making a huge difference. What is interesting is that I can go to the Pilates class with all kinds of aches and pains and at the close of that 55 minute session, I am feeling better. And she has given me activities to take home and do until we can meet and work again. Sandra is ever tuned to the needs of individual class members and... read more

I have a very complicated and extensive injury history having participated in multiple sports for decades. Because of that I have been battling chronic pain for the past several years. I was fortunate enough to be referred to DPPS a couple of months ago and I have made more progress in the short period of time that I've been seeing them than I have in MULTIPLE YEARS of traditional PT/Orthopedic care. I've had several modalities including PDTR, Pilates, etc... I can not recommend them high enough! They are AMAZING!

Noah and Jamie are the best! They get to the root of the problem, regardless if it's physical, emotional, neurological, or a combination of everything. Their care and attention is refreshing and I know I will always feel better after seeing them.

I've been seeing Noah for the last few years for different ailments that arise. I go to the office with a pain in my neck, my hip, wherever life lead me from the last visit and I always leave pain free. This last visit I had an issue with my knee which Noah determined had to do with some recent dental work I experienced. All I can say each time I leave and especially this time is wow and Thank You

I'm fortunate enough to count Jamie and Noah as both colleagues and friends. They're both world-class and brilliant therapists. I would and HAVE sent anyone and everyone to them who's passing through Colorado.

While on our trip I was fortunate enough to spend some time with Noah Drucker of Denver Pain and Performance Solutions. He has helped me in the past after a back injury. Noah gave me a ten minute Proprioceptive - Deep Tendon Reflex (P-DTR)® session on my shoulder that several medical professionals had evaluated as a rotator cuff issue and encouraged an MRI, but he established was a bicep tendon issue. Yesterday I was able to do a bench press workout pain free for the first time in over five years! If you have a lingering pai... read more
