Dave is absolutely incredible. Whether it's your first time buying a home (like me) or you've done this before (my partner) he takes all the time you need to educate you on what you're walking into and still manages to make this fun with a sense of humor. He's extremely responsive and is there whenever you need him. Would highly recommend.
