Dave was outstanding for us during our entire moving process. He took what could have been a stressful experience and made it much more relaxed. Every time we had a question he was very responsive and even backed his answers up with current real estate facts. He also would show us visual presentations of our numbers to make sure we had a firm understanding. Finally, I am a veteran and needed to use the VA loan. We couldn’t have asked for a more patient and thorough lender! Dave was readily available and really took the time to show us the numbers, to help us make the best decisions for our family and home purchase.
