Horrible, horrible, horrible! 2 months of run around, loosing files, rude treatment and general malaise! After 75 days, we had no loan, and were out $1000 for a credit report and appraisal. Who charges $900 for an appraisal?????!!?!?! Who charges $100 for a credit report???!?!?! DMC does! We dropped this company like a hot potato after two and a half months of being jerked around, showing up to closing table with no loan.
